Telemedicine

Telemedicine services are an ideal way for some individuals to receive high quality and affordable
healthcare. These services are provided to all of our patients but are particularly aimed at providing
care to those who can not afford health insurance, those who are too busy to make appointments
and wait in waiting rooms and those who live too far away to make the trip to see us for our specialty
services.

We offer our services at the following rates:

Please note that first time patients who use this service can receive consultation for the above
prices. Because of legal restrictions all patients who receive any prescription medications from us
are required to come in once for an in person visit according to schedule above. All future
consultations can be held over the phone and medications can be prescribed as necessary without
an in office visit. Any first time patient seeking a phone consult that requires a visit in order to obtain
a prescription will be given credit for the phone consult towards the visit and will not be billed twice.
Please note that we will make every effort to insure that this service is not being used by anyone to
obtain narcotics without having a true indication to do so.
